A village on an elevated ridge inside a 54-hectare eco estate, fifteen kilometres from Mossel Bay. Homes, apartments and full nursing care, all on the same piece of ground.
You only move once.
Controlled access, a nursing sister on the estate every day, and help that arrives in minutes rather than in an hour. Your children stop worrying too.
Sectional title ownership with no transfer duty, and levies set transparently and kept deliberately low, so the village stays affordable for the people already in it.
Grandchildren on the lawn, whales in the bay in spring, sundowners while the Outeniquas go pink. These years are meant to be the good ones.
Eco estate, much of it held as natural fynbos and nature reserve
To Mossel Bay, just off the western side of the N2
Registered care beds, from assisted living through to frail care
On-site clinic, with a nursing sister and a visiting doctor
Both bought on sectional title. Neither attracts transfer duty.
The established heart of the village. Single-storey, on their own stands, with a garden, a garage, and room to keep a pet.
Ground and first floor, wheelchair-friendly throughout, with level access and grab rails fitted as standard rather than added later.

Almost everyone arrives fully independent. The point of a village is that when things change, you don't have to move town, leave your friends, or start again somewhere unfamiliar. Every level of care is on this estate.
Your own home or apartment, your own routine, your own front door. Security, maintenance and the clubhouse are simply there in the background.

Open every day on the estate, for the things that would otherwise mean a morning in a waiting room.

Carers come to you, in your own home, for as much or as little as you need — bathing, medication, meals, company. Nothing about your address changes.

A purpose-built centre in the middle of the village, so family and friends are a short walk away rather than a drive across town.

A village is its staff. These are the people who run the office, the clinic, the kitchen and the grounds.

Much of the estate is kept as natural fynbos, which is why the birdlife is what it is. Botlierskop is up the road. So is the coast — whales in season, Seal Island, long empty beaches. There is more golf inside half an hour than most people get through in a year.

The clubhouse and the care centre sit in the middle, with the homes and apartments arranged around them. Nothing on the estate is more than a few minutes on foot, which is the whole idea — the day you stop driving should not be the day your life narrows.
Phone the office or send a message and we'll set up a time that suits you. Bring the family.
